Analog IC Layout Engineer - High Voltage

A leader in high-temperature semiconductors is looking for an Analog IC Layout Engineer to join their site based in Belgium.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of their new high-end Gate Driver Integrated Circuits for Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) power transistors.

Requirements of the Analog IC Layout Engineer include:

• Perform LVS/DRC Verification checks.
• Help to provide extracted netlist to IC Design Engineers for post-layout simulations
• Translates sub block schematics to sub-block layouts.
• Prepare layout reports and documentation.
• Experience working on high-voltage layout design.

Additional requirements of the Analog IC Layout Engineer include:

• Hands-on experience with DC-DC Converters.
• Experience with voltage references and amplifiers.
• Knowledge of successful design in Analog ICs in CMOS.
