Job Responsibilities

As an Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer you will:

  • Contribute to the architectural definition of the SERDES macro
  • Investigate and contribute to develop analog/RF building blocks aimed to improve power, area and performance
  • Oversee physical layout to minimize the effect of parasitics, device stress, and process variation
  • Document design features
  • Definition and validation of the experimental characterization procedures of circuit prototypes
  • Contribute to the test plans for characterization and production ATE

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience. Master’s degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Experience in Analog design
  • Knowledge and experience on high speed design techniques
  • Strong knowledge on the deep sub-micron CMOS technologies
  • Analog custom layout
  • Strong knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Verilog, etc.
  • Lab testing skills to evaluate the prototype unit to the design specification
  • Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
