We are looking for fresh PhDs or Post-Docs to expand ourTeam with the role of Analog/RF IC Design Engineer to support our R&D projects in the field of optical transceivers.
- Main responsibilities:
· Research and design of high performance Analog/RF ICs for mass-production integrated optical transceiver modules.
· Analysis of technical requirements and target product performance definition through collaboration with system engineers.
· Layout and supervision of layout activity from block-level to top-level integration.
· Test plan design and supervision of chip verification/testing.
- Requirements:
· PhD - ongoing or achieved in the last 2 years
· Solid background in Analog/RF IC Design
· Familiar with high-speed silicon technologies - SiGe BiCMOS, nanoscale CMOS, Finfet.
· Experience in Cadence Design Framework and other analog/RF design tools, including EM simulators.
· Creative design skills to solve analog IC design problems demanding the highest levels of performance.
· Excellent communication skills, ability to work in multi-cultural environments, strong teamworking attitude.
· Fluent in English and available to travel outside Italy.
