Job Responsibilities

  • The system team is directly in the product definition phase and involved in many steps of the design process. This requires collaboration on multiple tasks across different teams and departments.
  • As DSP engineer, you will be responsible for developing block-level and system-level simulation scripts to analyze the impact of RF IC impairments and derive system specifications.
  • Research across multiple fields of interest (3GPP NR, WLAN/WiFi)
  • Review measurement results and compare to system simulation results.

Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

  • PhD, major in electrical, communication, or computer engineering
  • >3 years R&D experience in the telecommunications or semiconductor industry
  • Good understanding of the different transceiver architectures, with focus on the RF impairments and DSP compensation schemes (DPD, CFR, Equalization)
  • MATLAB/Python programming for evaluation of system performance with respect to specifications
  • Knowledge of 4G/5G standards (3GPP LTE/NR) and WLAN/WiFi standards (802.11)
  • Familiarity with DSP processors and C programming is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Baseband Modem algorithms is a plus.
