- Analog Circuit Design Lead
- Location: Bangalore
- Experience : 10yrs to 15yrs
- We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and high-caliber individual to build and lead this team in India. This individual should have strong technical experience in full custom analog/mixed-signal circuit design, custom layout, circuit simulations, post-silicon characterization and possess excellent project execution and management skillsets. The candidate will actively help in recruiting a talented team to execute on these sensor projects.

- Architectural and forward-looking thought process
- Sound knowledge of custom Analog/AMS design and backend implementation
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience handling multiple complex projects and working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of advanced process challenges, including ESD and Reliability
- Expertise in all, or parts of the entire design stack - device physics, fabrication technology, circuit design, standard cells, memory/hard macros, SOC integration
- Exposure to architecture, design, and verification of PVT, Oscillators, Bandgap, PLLs, Amplifiers, PHYs, and other Mixed-signal blocks
- Hands-on experience with circuit simulation tools like HSPICE
- Expertise in areas of optimizing PPA (Performance, Power, Area) achieved pre-silicon and realized post-silicon, and improving execution schedules
- Demonstrated experience with multiple CAD flows: design, verification, backend, validation, etc.
- Additional responsibilities include:
- Be the leader in HDG-India to drive analog sensor development projects
- Understand business priorities and break it down into technical projects
- Understand existing products at lower levels and identify enhancement opportunities / cost.
- Look ahead into future opportunities and create a technical roadmap
