As a Project Manager, you will coordinate digital IP projects from the initial idea to successful implementation. This requires project management with a sense of upcoming technical issues in an international project team, achieving excellent results with great enthusiasm. Powerful digital IP components are essential for many Infineon products. Therefore, we use advanced methods and tools to develop them, with state-of-the-art project management processes and competencies to manage them successfully. In order to meet our growing demand, we strengthen our team with a motivated Project Manager who helps us with transforming our competence and creativity into products. • Define and plan projects, which you then implement transparently and successfully using appropriately selected milestones
  • Develop and coordinate the specification of the IP to be developed with experts
  • Ensure the quality, cost, and timely delivery of the developed IPs, continuously evaluate and anticipate risks with experts
  • Build close relationships with user groups and ensure that the developed components are successfully integrated
  • Contribute to our project leader community and develop yourself and other community members through intensive exchange

You are "the engine" in our development projects and know how to skillfully drive topics and meet milestones and expectations. To do this, you use your ability to inspire others and identify the right approach for every project team member. At the same time, your technical understanding helps you to mitigate potential issues and to gain acceptance from our developers and stakeholders.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
