As a Senior Staff Analog Mixed Signal Designer, you will be responsible for the development of analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits, while working closely with other teams. The products, being dedicated to the Industrial applications, will expose design challenges over high voltage circuits and all related characteristics and constraints.

- Support and/or contribute to product feasibility studies and product definition;
- Design (i.e. create) new ICs or part of them able to meet the required performances;
- Simulate circuits and guarantee documented compliance with specification (pre and post layout);
- Generate design documentation reports and participate in design reviews;
- Work with layout engineers and perform layout reviews;
- Support or execute product verification and debug with electrical measurement on the bench;
- Work with Test Engineering in reviewing test result, statistical distribution and yield identifying cost improvement measures and opportunities.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree with specific knowledge of microelectronic devices and related analog circuit design;
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design;
- Background on CMOS/Bipolar technology and related physics. Knowledge of HV technologies and power devices is a plus;
- Good knowledge of basic IC building blocks such as voltage regulators, amplifiers, charge pumps, AD/DA conversion, oscillators etc.;
- Good knowledge of Cadence IC design tools as Virtuoso, Composer, Spectre, etc.;
- Effective ability to write reports, technical documentation and routine correspondence;
- Fluency in English.
