Join us as a Senior Staff Engineer Analog Mixed Signal Design and become part of a successful team within a multinational company. As a Senior Staff Analog Mixed Signal Designer, you will be responsible for the development of analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits, while working closely with other teams. The products, being dedicated to the Industrial applications, will expose design challenges over high voltage circuits and all related characteristics and constraints.

In your new role you will:

  • Support and/or contribute to product feasibility studies and product definition;
  • Design (i.e. create) new ICs or part of them able to meet the required performances;
  • Simulate circuits and guarantee documented compliance with specification (pre and post layout);
  •  Generate design documentation reports and participate in design reviews;
  •  Work with layout engineers and perform layout reviews;
  •  Support or execute product verification and debug with electrical measurement on the bench;
  •  Work with Test Engineering in reviewing test result, statistical distribution and yield identifying cost improvement measures and opportunities.
 Being a result-oriented person with a strong problem-solving mindset, you aspire to achieve outstanding results with passion, remaining focused on solutions even in complex situations.

You have excellent communication skills and are interested in further developing your experience in the area of mixed-signal concept & design. Furthermore, you are a true team player and have strong interpersonal skills, which are essential to work closely with a cross-functional and international team.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree with specific knowledge of microelectronic devices and related analog circuit design;
  •  At least 5 years of extensive experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design;
  •  Background on CMOS/Bipolar technology and related physics. Knowledge of HV technologies and power devices is a plus;
  •  Good knowledge of basic IC building blocks such as voltage regulators, amplifiers, charge pumps, AD/DA conversion, oscillators etc.;
  •  Good knowledge of Cadence IC design tools as Virtuoso, Composer, Spectre, etc.;
  •  Effective ability to write reports, technical documentation and routine correspondence;
  • Fluency in English.
