About The Role

As a part of Test Engineering team, the Test Engineer will define the Test strategy and testability during the new product development. The Test Engineer is responsible for the test program and hardware development and works closely with the design architect and site engineer during project. The Test engineer ensures that the test solution is released to production and supports volume ramp-up.

You can work from our office in Nijmegen or in Delft.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the product test strategy for new products which includes test flow, test costs and volume manufacturing.
  • Responsible for test spec and test plan creation with excellent test coverage.
  • Drives the planning for test deliverables.
  • Defines innovative test methods, focus on analog IC’s.
  • Develop test program and hardware and deploy in production.
  • Undertakes activities to support test infrastructure and feasibility studies.


What You Will Need

Education and experience:

  • Master/bachelor’s degree in applied science/Engineering of Electronics.
  • More than 4 years of experience in test development in the R&D environment.


Technical Skills:

  • C++ and scripting.
  • Mixed signal circuit knowledge and testing.
  • Mixed signal ATE knowledge.
  • Test hardware concept and schematic development.
  • Signal and power integrity.


Soft Skills:

  • Able to work in international and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Show initiative, take ownership, and have an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Have customer orientation and quality mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
